My fb account has been suspended i accidentally put the wrong age

Hello, I'm not sure how I did it but I changed my dob and my account has been suspended my dob is Aug. 24,1967...I have had my account f for years now...It now tells me that a code was sent to my email but I have not received a code and I do not have a credit card...can you PLEASE help me...I am disabled and can't do very much thank you so much...Liz Beltran

Hello, I can't connect to Tiktok it says "your account is currently suspended" I sent emails, contacted them on twitter do "share your comments" but nothing they do nothing. I would therefore like to know how many days it takes before I am no longer suspended. Thanks

How do I change a base location on Instagram?

Hello,

I lived in a country that didn't have reels until the end of last year, and now I live in a country with access to reels, and I would like to have the option, however, Instagram has given me all other 'new features' (such as the Music feature) but I don't have reels. And I suspect this is because it still shows my country based in Asia as you can see here: https://imgur.com/a/vBHnOl6

I've tried redownloading the app, I'm on a European sim/wifi connection, I changed the language on my phone, I changed the language and location of the business the page is connected to, I googled for hours.. but nothing changes within the app.

Any help apprec...
