Hi,

I suggest you try these recovery instructions to regain access to your Facebook account.

As you still can't access your account due to the 2-factor authentication, do the following.

On the login page, when Facebook asks you to generate a code, select Having trouble > I don't have my phone > Contact us. Then you will need to confirm your identity.

Follow the on-screen instructions and give them an email to which Facebook can reach you and attach a copy of your proof of identity.

After that, check your email for a message from Facebook to regain access to your account. You may have to wait a few weeks to receive it.

Hope this helps.

Good luck!

I have tried this way also. they sent me a account recovery link. through this way i can change my password. again when I'm trying to login.... they need the login code. not the code that i received to my phone or email. so nothing to do. do you know any way to send this issue to Facebook help. I've tried so many ways to send them. but no any replies

From this recovery link, did Facebook ask you to confirm if you still have access to your mobile phone or phone number? If you select "No", then you may see an option allowing you to turn off the two-factor authentication and return to the password method.

When you access the recovery page from the link sent by Facebook to your email address, you will have some options to choose. You will need to select Save Browser > Continue > No > Turn off two-factor authentication > Ok.
