Not receiving the sms code for facebook login

Hello,

i can not login to facebook because i dont receive the sms. I have been trying now for like a week and I still don't receive it. I'm locked out... please help

Hello, if you haven't received you Facebook Code, have a look at this article which explains what to do.

You can also follow the steps here on the Facebook support page if you created your account with a mobile device.

The thing is i can not turn it off because i cant login to my account. Because i need the damn to be able to login into m account. This article doesnt help. It requires me to login which i cant. And when i try to login it asks the code from the code generator in the app(which i dont have access to because i cant login to my account because facebook doesnt send me the sms code for the login).

I know how frustrating FB can be!

Do have an email address attached to this account? If so, it is possible to request a code via email instead. To do this you have to be on a PC, as this option does not appear on a mobile.

When requesting a code, there should be a box 'send via email', or something to that effect.

Hey Thanks, i just tried that. But it wants the 2FA code from the facebook app. I click on Need another way to authenticate? Now there is only the option to get a sms

I think it never was I have the same issue infact a more complicated one..
My email and phone number was linked to two accounts out of which one was disabled due to god knows what reason which fb never felt the need to tell me due to this sole forced judgement my second account gets overshadowed by disabled one and my credentials are no help. I can reach to a point where fb tries to send me code but i never see one
