Hi,
I've found some solutions on Microsoft's forum.
Note: Before performing the following steps, backup the Windows registry. To do so, in regedit, right-click on Computer and select Export.
Enable Num Lock at startup from the registry :
Download SharpKeys to make Num Lock always on :

Enable Num Lock at startup from the registry :
- Press the Windows + R keys at the same time,
- Type regedit and press Enter,
- Navigate to HKEY_USERS\.Default\Control Panel\Keyboard,
- Change the value for InitialKeyboardIndicators from 0 to 2.
Download SharpKeys to make Num Lock always on :
- Download SharpKeys from this link.
- Configure it like this:
- From: Special: Num Lock (00_45)
- To: Turn Key Off (00_00)
- Select Write to Registry and restart your computer.
