you could try a diffrent internet browser or if that dont work to check if your internet is working there are two computer screens overlapping each other in the bottom right hand corner if u double click that it will show you if you are connected and if you are then check the bars if there are no bars then that means somthing wrong with your internet i hope i helped you a bit. p.s im only 13
