Hello, I got the iPhone 13 mini and I installed TikTok several times and finally got the character limit back to 500, but the new trending effects (for a video you imported to TikTok from your default video app or any other app) still aren’t showing.
I used to have all the new trending effects and the high character limit in my iPhone 11 until I deleted TikTok from my phone (as I thought that would help save storage space)and reinstalled it.
The new effects only rarely came back and the character limit was usually 150 and occasionally 300.
I wonder if anyone else experienced the same issues because I never heard anyone talk about them.
Hope they find those new features important because think of what people like you could make a video on TikTok about (as long as it doesn’t go against the community guidelines or upset others).
