Yes, I know, 30 days passed by my account was deactivated by mistake and i can not appeal.Insta help center is unable to help me, and I want to talk to them by email. what should i do?

If 30 days have passed since your account was disabled, I'm afraid that you can no longer appeal Instagram's decision. Unfortunately in this case, you'll have to create a new account.
