On beep but power suply is ok

Hello,
My computer doesn't give any beep but power supply is fine as fan is moving also when i try to switch on keyboard also shows light indicating power supply is ok.but it fails to start can you tell me what could be the problem?and how to check the problem?and how to fix it?

Dear Sir,
Sometimes the memory modules causes this problem or your graphic card!
I will advise you to remove your memory chips, clean the connectors and put them back again!
If its a graphic card problem do the same thing remove it and place it again!
Please check your bios and put everything to default settings.
