WhatsApp does not work correct

WhatsApp does not work properly, when I only type in 1 letter, it is sent immediately without using the enter key.

Does anyone have an idea what could be causing this and what I can do about it.

Have also reinstalled WhatsApp to no avail.

I have a Xiaomi M11

Hi,

Try enabling the option to use the Enter key to send your message. Here are the steps to access that option. If it is already enabled, try disabling it to see if that helps.
