No chats in messenger

Hello

i Hope someone can help. I have deleted the messenger app, reloaded it, signed in and out of Facebook, changed password, download most recent iOS and still I cannot see any of my chats or calls on my iPhone or iPad. My iPad shows me I have a message with notifications but then when I go into the app I just see a blank page with the loading symbol. This happens on wifi and 5g. Any advise would be greatly appreciated ????

Hi,

Can you see your chats if you access the Messenger website? You may need to choose to show the desktop version of the site to be able to log in.
