Whatsapp calls muted

Hello,

Just in the past few days if I make or receive a WhatsApp call, my microphone shows muted and does not respond to being turned on. Only a problem with WhatsApp so microphone is working. Have uninstalled and reinstalled, cleared cache, made sure volume setting is high, but still doesn't work. Advice appreciated!

Message not delivered but phone says ringing?

Hi,  I tried to message my friend on WhatsApp as they fell ill today. My messages were sent but not delivered so I guessed their phone is off which is understandable.  But when I tried to call on WhatsApp it says ringing (not calling) which I always thought meant that their phone is online and actually ringing.  So, messages not delivered but phone says ringing? The two seem contradictory.

Hello, I have brought a new SIM and when i signup new fresh account in Whatsapp it gave the mentioned message.. I have tried many phones, different network and different platforms android and IOS but didn't work, the same has been communicated with Whatsapp support and still not resolve.. please help me out!
