Hello,

Just in the past few days if I make or receive a WhatsApp call, my microphone shows muted and does not respond to being turned on. Only a problem with WhatsApp so microphone is working. Have uninstalled and reinstalled, cleared cache, made sure volume setting is high, but still doesn't work. Advice appreciated!

It seems like you are experiencing a technical issue with your WhatsApp app where your microphone is not working during calls. You have already tried some troubleshooting steps such as uninstalling and reinstalling the app, clearing cache, and checking volume settings. As a next step, you may want to check if the microphone permission is enabled for WhatsApp in your device settings. If the issue persists, contacting WhatsApp support or seeking assistance from a technical expert may be helpful.
