Hi,
If the images from WhatsApp still appear in the gallery despite disabling "Media visibility", open your phone's file manager and go to WhatsApp > Media > WhatsApp Images.
Next, create a new file named .nomedia and save it. If you can't create a new file, or just don't have a file manager on your phone, download FX File Explorer.
Hope this helps.

Yes, there are a few additional steps you can take to prevent media files from downloading automatically in WhatsApp.
-
Disable Automatic Download of Media Files: Go to WhatsApp settings, select "Storage and Data," and under "Media auto-download," you can choose which types of media to download automatically when using mobile data, Wi-Fi, or roaming. Disable auto-download for all options or just for the media types you don't want to download.
-
Clear WhatsApp Data: Go to your phone's settings, select "Apps," and then choose WhatsApp. Click on "Storage" and then select "Clear Data." This will clear all the data saved by WhatsApp on your phone, including any media files that have been downloaded.
-
Use a File Manager App: If you don't want to clear all the data saved by WhatsApp, you can use a file manager app to move the media files downloaded by WhatsApp from the WhatsApp folder to another folder that won't show up in your gallery app.
By following these steps, you can prevent media files from downloading automatically in WhatsApp and avoid having them appear in your phone's gallery app.
