Cannot access to media and files after Whatsapp Business

Hello,

After installing WhatsApp business, I noticed all my media and documents were moved to the new folders created by whatsapp business, and the normal WhatsApp account lost communication with them.

This is really annoying since I cannot see all my historical WhatsApp media and docs on the whatsapp account anymore. The normal WhatsApp account simply cannot communicate with them. I am using both WhatsApp and WhatsApp business for different numbers on the same device.

Anybody had the same problem? Any solutions please?

You should change the media permission of both WhatsApp and then see the change. If this method is not working, search this query on youtube, watch the video, and follow the steps.
