Cannot Get Shop Visible Closed

Hello,

We have a professional account @throwbackjunction. We are having a hard time getting our shop up.  It is there, as I can navigate to it on the backend.  I've tried to find help (YouTube, etc.) but nothing works. I reported a problem to IG but no response.

When I try to add a "Shop" button it just locks up.  Even when I try to access "Shop Recommendations" I get the "An Unexpected Problem Occurred" message.  This also happens when I try to access our ads.

Any help is appreciated.

Hi,

Here are the Commerce Eligibility Requirements to find out if your shop meet with Instagram's requirements. If if does, here's what to do next.

If you don't have one already, create a Business Manager account. Once you've set an account, you need to link your Instagram account with Business Manager.

Once done, access to Commerce Manager to provide the information about your shop and submit it to Instagram for review.
