Need help recovering my Gmail account

Hi,

The best thing to do is to prove your identity by answering Google's questions as best you can. Go to this recovery page, and select Try another way when you're asked to use your phone number.

You can then answer the questions and provide an email to which you've access to so that Google can get back to you once your identity has been confirmed.

1. Go to login page.
2. Click "Forgot Password" or similar.
3. Choose "No access to phone number."
4. Verify identity.
5. Follow instructions for account recovery.
