Hi,
Do you still have access to the netscape and/or yahoo email addresses appearing in your screenshot? If yes, then you can select one of them to receive your recovery code by email instead of SMS.
Alternatively, try installing the Yahoo Mail app on your phone and log in to your account, then you should be able to approve your log in directly from your phone.
