Hi,
If the installation process seems stuck, wait an hour at least for it to continue. If nothing happens, force restart your laptop by long pressing the Power button until it shuts down, then press again the Power button to turn it on.
If this doesn't help, reinstall Windows 10 using a bootable USB key. As it seems that you can't use your laptop for now, you'll need to use another computer to create your installation media. Follow these instructions to create a bootable USB key.
Once the Windows installation media created, connect it to your laptop and restart it again. As soon as the "Proline" logo disappears, quickly press several times the F2 or F12 key to boot from your USB. Follow the steps to install Windows then.
