Hello,
I had lower the sound on my laptop last week now I dont hear anything at all. I have raised the volume and nothing. I have been using a mike that plugs in on the side does that have anything to do with it sometimes when I use it , it doesnt work so I disconnect it. Can u help

hi,

it might be that the sound has been muted.

go to control panel > sounds and audio devices to see if so is the case.

if so, you will see a check in a box near Mute, uncheck it.
