Toshiba laptop seems like i deleted my sound Closed

Hello,
Im Chance.. 
And i have a Toshiba laptop with vista >.<
It seems like i've deleted my sound i tried to see if i was muting everything 
And i tried looking thru the files and stuff 
Nothing works
is there a way i could download my sound back?
