Mobile internet using bsnl modem

Hello,
i've a bsnl ADSL2+ Modem.can we use this modem to connect the internet using a nokia 2600-c mobile? or can we use it for any mobile?

Hello there,

I am sorry you can't do this,

you will need to be a subscriber from the ISP, and be able to use the modem only to browse on your computer
