Hello,

My computer gave problems and I had to re-install Windows XP Home Edition SP 2. I do not have the product key to re-install as on the disk it says

"The software on this cd rom was pre instaleed on your hatd drive at the factory and may be used for backup and recovory of your Mecer/Posiflex computer system"

Dear Sir,

When installing windows,

You should have formatted the older installation, normally found in c: partition.

I will advise you to use the cd and instal a fresh windows
