Hello,
My computer is stuck in a reboot loop. i have a dell desktop computer. it is windows xp home edition. the problem happened after I was cleaning some virus with MaCafee software. The computer get to the deep blue warning screen reporting an error. After that I tried to reboot the computer but it couldn't turn back the operating system on. I pressed the F8 key and then scrolled down to "Last good OP uesd, but still it kept going back an forth without coming on. I tried and safe mode and that also didn't help me. i restarted it still it couldn't help. What should I do? i don't have the means to reinstall windows xp and lose my data as i have some important documents on it. I have read about possibly doing a repair install? how does that work, would it work, and would it save my data? is there another option? Thanks in advance.
