Right clicking on a pc laptop

Hello,
how do I right click on a PC laptop. I am using a Macbook air with a windows side to it.

Dear Sir,

On the mac you can't use the right click option!

On the mac side you hold control and click and get the right side. I need to know how to get the PC side of my mac

You hold the option key down as you boot up.

Or you can change it so you boot up into the PC side.
