Problems opening c drive

Hello,
hi iam having problem with c drive it is there but doesnt show a cd in it or let me download anything to it
it lets me go to stuff in it but does nothing else want let me do system restore or disk defragment

To do a system restore or disk defragment go to your start menu -> accessories -> system tools -> (they are in there).
Your C: drive is your main drive, you can not see a cd in it because that is in the My Computer area.
