It cannot de detected on the computer

Hello,
My phone is giving problem when ever i connect it to the USB port the computer gives out a pop message that it does not recognise it.

hi,

if this is the result of the all the USB devices that you plug in the computer then this is a driver problem.

post the make and model of the motherboard and the operating system tha you are using an dwe will send you a link where you will be able to download the driver.
