 Im Jess, there is a problem when I trying to open my local  disk (C) and I don't know how to get solved this problem because Im beginner. please help me!

hi,

this is caused by a virus.

but you can still open it by right-clicking in the drive and then Explore.

scan your drive with an antivirus to clean it.
