4GB Pendrive doesnt access to any pc

Hello Solutioners,
When i attache my pendrive (transcend 4GB) in any pc there is shown a message " One of USB Devices attached to this computer has malfunctioned, and windows does not recognize it. For assistance in solving this problem, click this message"
I am clicking and clicking but i cannt solve this problem. pls give me a suggestion, how can solve this problem. Pls pls pls pls.

Dear Sir,
You will have re-enable your USB ports:
To re-enable a disabled port:
1. Click Start, and then click Run.
2. In the Open box, type regedit, and then click OK.
3. Locate, and then click the following registry key:
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Services\UsbStor
4. In the right pane, double-click Start.
5. In the Value data box, type 3, click Hexadecimal (if it is not already selected), and then click OK.
6. Quit Registry Editor.
