Hello,
Ever since I "upgraded" to IE8.0 on my PC running XP, I am unable to view embedded youtube videos on any site I visit using Explorer. Videos work fine in Firefox and worked fine in IE7. This definitely seems like a bug to me since others are experiencing the same thing. In place of the video, there is a box with an 'image' icon in the upper left corner. How can I see the videos/images/presentations like I did with previous versions of IE? Please help. THanks.

I was experiencing the same issue, I uninstalled the Adobe flashplayer 10 Activex, and the Adobe Flash Player Plugins, and Adobe DLM and re-installed it... Now I am able to Watch vids from YOUTUBE
