Speaker problems

Hello,

i just got a new sony viao and i was messing around with it trying to get use to it but now the sound doesn't work. i must have changed it while i was figuring out the bluetooth pairing with my phone but now i have no idea what to do. when i click on the sound icon it says that it is on Speaker/HP Realtek high definition audio. can someone tell me how to change it back please
