Upgrading window explorer

Hello,
dear sir,
i'm using internet explorer version 6.0. I downloaded new version of explorer but when i install it window give me the message that "window security has disbaled this program to install" what should i do to install new version.

This means that your windows is not genuine... you have to buy a genuine version.
