hey there,

Run safe mode ( press F8 when computer starts )

Select safe mode

Then Open System Restore by clicking the Start button , clicking All Programs, clicking Accessories, clicking System Tools, and then clicking System Restore.‌ If you are prompted for an administrator password or confirmation, type the password or provide confirmation.

Select a date when your computer last run normally

Click next

Let the process to complete and restart computer

Thanks
