Hello to any one that can helps,
My computer can't run window, when i turn it on, it says in the black screen"please insert Window CD rom" , i don't want to loose my file in drive c so i try to restart and go into safe mode but can't. How can I back up my filfe in the drive C fefore I install new window XP as the one i los.

hi there ,

what was the last thing you've done on the pc before this happens?

try to boot from the windows cd and continue till the steps it says checking previous windows versions;

then distinguish the hard drive capacity and the space remaining if its the same then the only option left is to format your pc
