Message while installing quicktime

Hello,

When I try to install quicktime and/or itunes I get the following error message.

Error Writing to File: C:\ProgramFiles\Quicktime\QTSystem\QuickTimeMPEG4.Resources\zh_tw.1prg\QuickTimeMPEG4Localized.qtr. Verify that you have access to that directory.

I am using Mozilla Foxfire and Windows XP. Also, at one time I had both iTunes and Qucktime and could sinc the stuff on my iPhone but I deleted some things I didn't think I needed and ... well you get the story. I have no idea what I deleted that caused my problem.
