Hello,

I am having some problem while booting my computer I can't even access windows,each time when loading windows the computer is turning off automatically.

Did my computer got crash ?

I never get to internet from this computer what can be the cause of that?

In this case only 3 things could have happen to you

1 : There is a virus that has deleted systems files

2: You mother board is damage

3: You are having some problem with your power supply

Please get you Pc to a technician if you continue rebooting like this it could damage your hardware

Before doing that please try booting from save mode

Press F8 when you start your computer.
