In this case only 3 things could have happen to you
1 : There is a virus that has deleted systems files
2: You mother board is damage
3: You are having some problem with your power supply
Please get you Pc to a technician if you continue rebooting like this it could damage your hardware
Before doing that please try booting from save mode
Press F8 when you start your computer.
