Hello,

I am looking for the mac address of my pc


I have been searching in my computer and it is giving me only the computer name

How can i provide myself my mac address?

Hi

Click on RUN >type>cmd and press enter >command promt is showing type > ipconfig /all and enter
you can see your ip,and MAC address.

Go to start and then click Run (if you are using Windows XP) and then type "getmac" there. You will be given the Mac Address of your system. If you are using Windows 7 or Vista, you can directly type the "getmac" command in the "search" field after going to Start Menu. You will find the physical address in the left column of what is shown on the screen. Alternatively, you can use Jags method regardless of which operating system you use. Just type "ipconfig /all" in the run or search field that you get after tapping the Start Menu.

Please note that physical address is same as the Mac Address of your PC.

Hi,

To find your mac address, you have to open an MS-DOS window and to type ipconfig / all
The mac address is the physical address.

Hit Start and find the command Promt in acessories or type cmd in the search bar.

Then use this command: ipconfig/all

It will look sometihng like 00-00-00-00-00-00 but the zeros will be numbers and letters.

try using ipconfig/all in command prompt to get ur mac address. It is mentioned as the physical address.
