Where are file shares in WIN 2003 registry

Hello,
I have a WIN2003 server with a corrupt OS. I have installed Windows server in a new directory and am able to access now, However, I need to find the where the file shares are located in the old registry so I can recreate them. Does anyone have an Idea on where they would be or how I can export them and re-import them?
