control panel missing Closed

Hello,
SIr/Madam

I have installed photoshop cs2 in my system. after installing that software control panel is not there in my system. I have tried to enable the control panel by going to properties of start menu also. But control panel is not available there also. What to do and how to recover my control panel.

Please give me a solution

These are three completely different cases. 

Case #3 happens typically when someone (or an update service) installs or uninstalls software. 

I have seen cases from Apple Safari download being aborted causing this. Also I have seen cases of people uninstalling junk software from their computers and again causing this.
