Sqlserver 2000 connection with asp.net

I am installed sqlserver2000 but i am have not able to established the connection with asp . net (visual studio 2005).

also i want to know how i connection established to found the ( Sqlconnection cn = new sqlconnection("Data source=(local); Initial catalog=Education;Internatesecurity=true");
