USB Detection Prpblem

Hello,
My Laptop Dell Latitude D610 XP SP3 does not recognises my GenX MP3 player while it is recognised in other laptops.I also checked the device manager it does not shows there.

hi there,

you need to install driver for the player

use cd provided from manufacturer
