I cannot access my hotmail account

Hello,
I am entering my username and password onto my hotmail account but then I am unable to go any futher and the hotmail site shuts down my whole internet access. I can access my hotmail on other computers but just not mine.
Please help as it is becoming increasingly frustrating.

Install the software then run the registry and clean options for your computer
