in my pc control panel®edit&propaerties are not open when i open regedit it says that registry editing has been disable on u r administrator when i open control panel &propities it says that this operration has been cancelled due to restrictions in effect on this computer.please contact your system administrator.

hi there,

if you don't have the administrative rights

it is impossible for you to modify or change anything on the pc

the only thing is to contact your computer administrator at work
