Hye Sir,
If you have a recovery partition you can try to recover to factory settings,
If you don't have it i'll advise you to format it and to reinstall a fresh windows

hello,
i have lost all disc's that come with the computer and i have tried to use a friends but it comes up with an error. Is there any other way of restoring my laptop? i have tried everything that i have thought of?
I had a virus and now i can bearly turn on my computer becuase it is slow (takes 30mins to get to the user choice) and most of the time i get the blue screen and haave to start again.
Please help?
