Hye there,
Just tell your friends to clear the cache and history on Internet Explorer,
Go on Tools > Internet options, click on Delete (Browsing History)
Then click on the Connections Tab, LAN settings, Click on Automatically detect Proxy settings
Then press OK and restart Computer
This will surely fix the problem
