Someone has been sending out malice emails

Hello,

Someone who knows me has hacked into my yahoo and aol account and sent malice emails to my clients. The clients have this time forwarded the emails to me so I have the person finally caught. The person lives in the UK and I live in Los Angeles. What can be done internationally?

or department of defense

and explain them the issue
