Cannot detect HDD or CD

Hello,
hello I my laptop is pacard bell
1 year old
tried to restart it
cannot restart
tells me HDD not detected
what is wrong

Hye Sir,

This means that your laptop isn't detecting your hard drive,

I will recommend you to try opening the laptop and remove the hard drive,

If you can't do this just take it to a technician to get this fixed

Just go to the BIOS and reset it to factory default save change and exit
start now with your windows it will format the hdd and finish the installation
and don't forget the drivers sound card and video and modem good luck!!!!
