Cannot access my hotmail

Hello,
I cannot access my hotmail account. I am able to get acces other accounts on windows explorer but I cannot open hotmail.com. When I do open the page/or try to it is just blank

Dear Sir,

I will advise you to clear your browser's cache and history,

Click on Tools and Select Internet Options,

Then click on Delete Browsing History then try again
