Hello,

I have a toshiba satellite 1805-S203 the led on the front of the cd/dvd drive just blinks on and off continuously. When i insert a cd and try to read it i recieve this error message. D:\ is not accessible. The request could not be performed because of an I/O device error. Whats the problem?

hi there,

go to device manager

expand the list till

cd/dvd drive

and double click on drive and update it
