Hello,
I have a cyber cafe. I hav one Reliance net connection, it stops when its server is down. So I want one more connection to add to my cyber cafe Server computer so that if one net connection is absent for any reason the other net con. will keep my network computers running the service of internet. CAN ANYONE HELP ME... I WILL BE THANKFUL.....

from the question you pose, i think this is what you mean?
your internet service provider is Reliance net. who provide the service to your cyber cafe. you have a number of computers who connect to the internet through a cyber cafe server that provides the connection to your internet provider.
is the question you are asking if your server goes down, (the cybercafe server)
or
if your internet providers server goes down. (this is the question you need to pose to your internet provider)
