My sims will not work

Hello,
MY SIMS deluxe is not working when i download it, it gets to 95% and the it stops and says component transfer error what does that mean

Hello Sir,

This is may be due to a problem from the server you are trying to download the game from

It's better to purchase the game disc and to install
