Proble with automatically shut down

Hello, to all pc maniacs!!!
As you can all see i have the same problem. My PC was working fine for at least 2 years & last week suddenly when i turn it on, it started shutting down by itself. Sometime at boot or a few times at windows after a few minutes. Also it shut down at safe mode, so i cannot do anythink from there. I guess that it might be a problem with the voltage of my room & maybe i should use a ups
I came to that because all my hardware parts working fine & the temperature of CPU as i can see it from my CPU fan (is written there), is ok. But i am not totally sure.
I think that you may be help me with my problem.
